𝓀The Supreme Court of India will hear the plea filed by YouTuber and Podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia regarding the India's Got Latent row.
⛎As per reports, the matter is expected to be taken up today by a bench of Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh.
🐬The plea, filed by Ranveer Allahbadia (aka BeerBiceps), seeks the clubbing of the multiple FIRs filed against him for the controversial remarks made by the 31-year-old on comedian Samay Raina's YouTube show - India's Got Latent.
🌌Along with Allahbadia, multiple FIRs have been filed against YouTubers such as Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Makhija (The Rebel Kid).

📖After Allahbadia's clip on IGL went viral, a controversy erupted regarding the "would you rather" question asked by the YouTuber.
꧂After this multiple FIRs and police cases were launched against him and fellow YouTubers, and comedians present in that episode of
India's Got Latent.
ꦫFollowing the uproar, Allahbadia issued an apology and stated that "comedy was not his forte," expressing his regret for the remarks.
ꩲWith cases filed in Mumbai, Jaipur and Guwahati, both Mumbai and Guwahati Police have stated that Ranveer Allahbadia has been unreachable for investigation.
🦩Police officials have further added that the YouTuber is yet to respond to investigation agencies in the case filed by Maharashtra's Cyber Cell.
𝕴Maharashtra Cyber Cell has issued a summons for Allahbadia, asking him to appear before officials on February 24.
🌳Meanwhile, comedian Samay Raina has also been asked to appear for the investigation in person on February 18, 2025, after his request for the video call was denied.
𝔉The Youtubers who have been summoned have failed to appear due to prior international commitments, or personal safety issues. For the hearings with the National Commission of Women - Allahbadia, Raina and Jaspreet Singh have vowed to cooperate for the rescheduled hearings in March.
