Vicky Kaushal starrer Chhaava🃏, which released on February 14, completed one week yesterday, February 20. The film is performing well at the box office. Though the collections dropped by 32.81% on Day 7, it crossed the Rs 200 crore mark in its first week.
The period drama collected Rs 21.5 crore on Day 7, as per industry tracker Sacnilk. So, the total collection of Chhaava☂ stands at Rs 219.25 crore nett in India. The seven-day India gross collection is Rs 262.50 crore. Vicky's film earned Rs 297.50 crore globally.
Chhaava🍸 had an overall 27.96% Hindi occupancy on Thursday with maximum occupancy of 41.58% during the night shows, followed by evening shows which had 28.88% occupancy, while afternoon and morning shows had occupancies of 24.14% and 17.25%, respectively.
Directed by Laxman Utekar, Chhaava has made more money in its first week than last year's blockbusters like Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Ajay Devgn's Singham Again🦋. The former earned Rs 158.25 crore while the latter made Rs 173 crore in India.
Chhaava has also become the biggest hit of Vicky Kaushal’s career as a leading actor.

This week, there are no major releases. Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh-starrer Mere Husband Ki Biwi has hit the theatres today but Chhaava won't be facing tough competition from it.
