🍬Another one down. Dawson has van der Dussen stumped. Despite a blistering start, MICT now found themselves in trouble. van der Dussen walks back for a poor 23 off 25 balls. Sunrisers keep telling why they are the two-time defending champions.

ꦜAn eventful over from Dawson. 17 runs but then the wicket of Linde who was looking really threatening. Linde walks back for 20 off 14 in which he hit three sixes. MICT keep losing wickets and Sunrisers would not complain.

ಞBrevis showing his potential. Big game and he has hit his negative match-up in Dawson for back-to-back sixes to close the 13th over and bring up MICT's 100. Dawson finishes his spell with 40 runs and two wickets.

🔯Brevis' blitz has been ended by Jansen. He was playing a blinder tonight and this wicket has come at a very crucial stage for the Sunrisers. Brevis is walking back for 38 off 18 and Jansen has his first wicket of the day. MICT are still looking at 190 or even 200 while SEC would want to stop things below 180.

💦12 runs off the last over but just seven in the two overs before that. So, MICT finish with 181. Seems like a good total, especially with the packed bowling line-up that MICT have. Sunrisers have a daunting task here if they want to complete a hat-trick of trophies.

🍬A brilliant start for the Sunrisers. They have not given away runs and have also sent back an out of form Bedingham. The pair that won the last game, de Zorzi and Hermann, is now at the crease.

🥂Just 23 runs and three wickets in last four overs. Things looking really bad for Sunrisers and MICT are on top. In fact, with Markram's wicket, the game might be sealed in the favour of MICT. Sunrisers need something really special from Stubbs and Jansen here.

♋That should be the final nail in the coffin. Stubbs is gone and Sunrisers' hopes of winning the title for three seasons in a row too have gone. MICT have been absolutely brilliant. Every single bowler who has taken the ball has done well.

MI Cape Town win SA20 2025!!!

🎉MICT beat SEC by 76 runs and they have clinched their maiden title in the tournament. Rabada finishes with four scalps to his name and MICT have bowled out the Sunrisers for a paltry 105. What a thrashing in the final. They have shown that they were the best team of the competition throughout.

Wooden spoons in the first two editions and now they have defeated the two-time defending champions to claim the title. Take a bow MI Cape Town and kudos to Rashid Khan 🔯for leading this team brilliantly. MI Cape Town are the SA20 2025 winners. An undefeated run in last eight games helps them get the trophy.

൩A dominating performance in the final from MI Cape Town and they have defeated Sunrisers Eastern Cape by 76 runs. Esterhuizen, Rickelton and Brevis scored 30s to help MICT post 181/8 batting first. It seemed an above part total and once the MICT bowlers took over, the target was totally out of reach of defending champions. Rabada led the attack with four wickets and Sunrisers were folded out for just 105. That brings the maiden SA20 title to the MICT and the hopes of winning three in a row have been ended for the Sunrisers.
