🌌Amid the massive spiritual festival in UP's Prayagraj, a massive fire broke out in the Maha Kumbh 2025 mela area.
✨As per initial reports, a cylinder blast is said to have caused the blast. Investigation is underway.
☂"Two cylinders exploded in Sector 19 of the Maha Kumbh Mela, causing a massive fire in the camps. Fire fighters are trying to douse the blaze," Akhara Police Station In-charge Bhaskar Mishra told PTI.
🐓The Maha Kumbh 2025 official X handle posted, "Very sad! The fire incident at #MahaKumbh has shocked everyone. The administration is ensuring immediate relief and rescue operations. We pray Maa Ganga for everyone's safety."
൲As per the official handle, the fire has now been brought under control.
🎀Maha Kumbh 2025 kicked off on January 13, 2025 in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj. It is a 45 day spiritual gathering and is held once every 12 years. This year's meal is being conducted in Prayagraj after 144 years.
