NBA: Houston Rockets Hold Off Cleveland Cavaliers 135-131 For Second Straight Win
The Houston Rockets secured a 135-131 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers, with Amen Thompson posting his second career triple-double (23 points, 14 rebounds, 10 assists) on Sunday in their NBA game. Alperin Sengun and Jeff Green each scored 26 points, while Fred VanVleet added 20 points. Despite Darius Garland’s 39 points and Donovan Mitchell’s 33, the Cavaliers suffered their third consecutive loss. The Rockets' 10-2 run in the final minutes sealed the win, as Cleveland's comeback fell short with Mitchell missing a crucial 3-pointer.
