Haliburton managed just two points in 19 minutes before departing, but the Pacers had six ot♔her players score in double figures to complement a stout defensive effort that dealt the NBA-leading Cavaliers just their second defeat in 22 home games this season.
Andrew Nembhard parti🧸cularly stepped up in Haliburton's absence by producing 19 points on 7-of-11 shooting. Pascal Siakam added 18 points and nine rebounds and Myles Turner had 15 points and 10 boards in Indiana's season-high sixth consecutive win.
The Pacers extended their streak despite t๊railing 53-40 at half-time. They outscored Cleveland by a 68-40 ma🀅rgin in the second half, however, while shooting over 61 per cent over the final two quarters and limiting the Cavs to a 28.2 per cent field goal rate after half-time.
Cleveland was held under 100 points for the first time this☂ season. Darius Garland led the Cavaliers with 20 points, while Donovan Mitch🔥ell had 19 in the loss and Evan Mobley finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds.
Indiana got back in it by putting together a 13-0 run to pull within 60-58 midway through the third qua💯rter, then took control later in the period with a 17-2 spurt to grab a 77-67 lead with one minute left before the fourth.
