Rovman Powell: "We are🎐 going to bowl first. Looks a pretty good wicket, inclement weather as well. We'll look to bowl well and take instructions from there. Our destination in our hands. Today provides us an opportunity to get back to winning ways. We have been batting well as a team. We were lacking a bit of intensity in the middle overs in the previous game. Andre Russell gets rid of Steven Taylor off his second ball, but that brings in Nitish Kumar at number 3. The India-origin batter is look🦄ing in silken toဣuch and has scored 17 off his first 13 balls.

Andries Gous cuts loose against Alzarri Joseph, as the United States score 48 runs in the powerplay. 🧸This partnership could be crucia♏l in shaping the outcome of the match.

The Windies have dismissed both set batters Andries Gous and Niti🐻sh Kumar, and Corey Anderson has now joined Aaron Jones in the middle. Both renowned for their big-hitting prowess. Exciting few overs ahead.

Roston Chase comes into the attack and sends back the d๊angerous Aaron Jones straight away. The USA skipper attempts a big slog sweep and misses the line entirely to be clean bowled. Milind Kumar has now joined Corey Anderson and with four wickets down, USA's run-scoring tempo has dipped.

Windies off-spinner Roston Chase is having a ball here. After dislodging Aaron Jones, he gets rid of Corey Andꦓerson and Harmeet Singh off successive deliveries to leave USA reeling.

The USA's innings may have derailed but Ali Khan is bringing some late cheer to the team's fans with lusty hitting. He tonks a six and four off his firꦦst two balls to take the United States past the 120-run mark.

The USA innings folds with one ball left unaccounted for. Andre Russell dismisses Saurabh Netravalkar in the final over to end with three wickets for🔯 31 runs. West Indies will chase a 129-run target.

The West Indies chase of the 129-run target gets underway. Not too many to get, hence they have the luxury of taking some time to get used to the pitch. Saurabh Netra🦹valkar opens the bowling for the United States and concedes just three runs off❀ the first over.

The match is quickly slipping away from USA. Shai Hope has given West Indies a quickfire start, and is batting at 31﷽ runs off 19 b🌼alls. United States desperately need a bunch of wickets here.

Harmeet Singh has Johnson Charles caught𝓀 at wide long-on, and USA have their first breakthrough. Shai Hope is batting like a man possessed from the other end, meanwhile. The elegant right-hander has got to a 26-ball half-century and is looking to guide the Windies to a big win that will boost their net run rate.

It's somethi💫ng we talked about in the team meeting that if we don't get too many wickets in the powerplay, it's on the spinners to come back and pull the game back and that's what we did today. [On his catch to dismiss Steven Taylor] I love fielding at point, it gets me going. This is my favourite place to play cricket. I'm from Barbados so I grew up playing cricket here. [On the SA match] It's our destiny and our goal to win the World Cup so anyone we play we have to beat from here to go win it."

Aaron Jones: "Tough night for the boys. We had to score about 170-180 today. In the middle overs, we lost wickets in clusters, it goes like that sometimes. At the end of the day, we needed runs on the board. We tried to go hard with the ball but we know West Indies are a good batting unit. England will be a good game, we are up for a challenge.
