Jasprit Bumrah turned to celebrate in the direction of Konstas after dismi꧅ssing Khawaja, in response to what he perceived to ౠbe time-wasting from the 19-year-old at the end of the day.

McDonald ꦦrevealed he had some concerns about the opening batter's welfare after play and intimated surprise that the visitors had not faced punishment.

He said: "My conversation with him was around whether he's OK. Clearly, the🎃 way India celebrated that was quite intimidating.

"It's clearly within the laws oꦫf the game, the rules and regulations. There's been no charges laid, but to have an opposition swarm the non-stri🎉ker like that, we've got a duty of care to our player to make sure he's in a headspace to go out there and perform."

The Test match moved on at an incredible pace on day two&n♛bsp;with Australia bowled out for 181, four runs short of India's first-innings total, before the tourists༒ finished on 141-6, a lead of 145.

Jaspr🌸it Bumrah left the SCG to establish the seriousness of an injury he picked up on the field but did return, and his fitness could be key to India's chances in what looks set to be a fascinating finale to the series.

Bumrah's fellow seamer Prasidh Krishna will also be key, and he insisted that his side will continue to show aggression as they seek a win that would see them ret🅷ain the Border-Gavaskar trophy.

He said: "We🍷 enjoy 𒁃the way that he [Konstas] plays the game and we would also like to play the game aggressively.

"If we have somebody that comes up and says I can fight you, as a team we want to tell them we are here and you can't 🎀take us for granted. We are all here, 11 of us versus you. If you can be as aggressive, that's fine."
