🐭Harshit Rana will replace the bowler in India's 15-strong squad with spinner Varun Chakaravarthy also included in place of Yashasvi Jaiswal.
💯Bumrah was named the ICC Men's Cricketer of the Year last month and picked up 15 wickets at an average of 8.26 and an economy of 8.25 to help India win the T20 World Cup last year.
𓄧India are in Group A of the Champions Trophy along with Bangladesh, New Zealand and Pakistan.
♏They will play their matches in the competition in Dubai after refusing to travel to original tournament hosts Pakistan amidst the ongoing political tensions between the two neighbouring countries.
🎀The two sides have not met outside of men's major tournaments since 2013 and India have not travelled to Pakistan for 16 years.
♔India will begin their campaign against Bangladesh on 20 February before taking on Pakistan three days later and then New Zealand on 2 March.
♍England, Australia, South Africa and Afghanistan make up Group B, with two teams from both pools progressing to the knockout stages.
♛The final, slated to be held in Lahore on 9 March, will be moved to Dubai if India progress to the title clash.
