The official Twitter account of the Pakistan government has been withheld in India but the cause of the move and a response from the IꦕT ministry is yet to be received.
A message is displayed, "Account Withheld @G꧅ovtofPakistan's account has been withheld in India in response to a legal demand", whenever someone tries to access the Twitter account of the Pakistan government.
According to a notice served by the social media giant, the government's Twitter acꦫcount has been blocked from being viewed in India in response to a legal demand.
T⛄he guidelines of the company are framed in such a way that they can compel it to withhold entire accounts in response to a valid legal demand, such as a court order.
However, this is not the first time that theꦛ government's Twitter account has been withheld. It was also withhed once in October 2022 and once in July.
