Mumbai Police has arrested a 𝓰man after a viral video showed him lying on the bonnet of a moving BMW which was being driven by a teenager.
The video shows 🌜Subham Mitalia lying on the BMW bonnet꧋ as the 17-year-old boy drives it around the Shivaji Chowk area in Mumbai's Kalyan on Saturday.
The video which went viral on social media platfo🤪rms is said to have been recorded by ♚locals in the area.
Reportedly 21-year-old Subham Mitalia was arrest🎐ed, while a case has been registered against the teenager and his father. It is said the car is registered in the name of the minor's father who is a government official.
The case as per reports has been registered against the off🃏icial for allowing his underage son to drive without a driving license.
The multiple cases of negligence where parents have been giving vehicles to their childr♌en for driving have come to fore across the country.
In a recent case on May 19, two IT professionals were killed after their two-wheeler was hit by a speeding Porsche allegedly driven by the minor in 𝔉Kalyani Nagar area of Maharaꦛshtra's Pune city.
