I♎n a major statement on Monday, Jammu and Kas🤪hmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) is an integral part of India and no power in the world will separate it from India.
He further added that he had no doubt that one day the dream of ‘Akhand Bharat’ conceived by ☂the elders would be a reality.
“PoJK is an integral part of India. The commitment made in the parliament regarding PoJK will soon be fulfilled by the blessings of Mata Vaishno De♛vi and Baba Amarnath.&q♛uot;
Last year in October while attending the ‘Shaurya Diwas’ celebrations in🦩 Srinagar to commeꦿmorate the air-landed operations of the Indian Army at Budgam Airport in 1947, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh had also stated that the government's aim was to implement the resolution unanimously passed in the Indian Parliament on February 22, 1994, to reclaim PoJK which included Gilgit and Baltistan in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
“No one had thought about what happened💞 on 𓂃August 5, 2019. I think Mata Vaishno Devi and Baba Amar Nath will also show you a day for which you are here today,” J&K Lt Governor said.
On August 5, 2019, Centre abrogated Articles 370 and 35A and downgraded Jammu and Kashmir state inཧto two Union Territories; J&K and Ladakh.
While inaugurating Bhour Camp in Jammu, a specia𒊎l governance camp forꦿ displaced persons of PoJK, Sinha said the displaced families of PoJK have suffered a lot. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi understood their sufferings and made arrangements for their financial support and settlement.
“We have organized this camp on the direc𒁃tion of the Hon’ble Prime Minister to saturate social security schemes, handholding of youth so they pursue their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs and ensuring that they can avail all facilities like other citizens. Steps will be taken to regularize the colonies of dis♓placed families,” Sinha said.
“We started outreach programmes in 2021 for families living outside UT so that no one is left behind in any welfare scheme and focusing on skilling, self-employment, s🍬ocial assistance, scholarships, sports, and financial inclusion to aid economic development & financial stabilit✃y,” he added.
“The development of new J&K is incomplete w꧒ithout complete integration of PoJK displaced persons in the mai🥀nstream development. We are committed to ensuring the welfare and well-being of all so they can realize their true potential & contribute in nation building,” he added.
He said on August 5, 2019, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi end🍌ed “the decades-long injustice, and provided equal opportunities to Valmiki, Gorkha, Safai Karamcharis communities and displaced persons.” “After August 2019, they were given equal rights and equal opportunities are being provided to all,” he added.
“More than 21,000 domicile certificates were issued through camps in Delhi, Chandigarh, Himachal, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand. We will ♑continuously run such camps in Jammu Kashmir and other states, UTs so that all the affected families can get the benefits of government welfare schemes,” he added.
