As the war in Gaza continues to rage, the death toll in the Palestinian territory has crossed 45,000. As per the Gaza Health Ministry, which does not distinguish between civilians and combatants in its toll, has said that more than half of the fa💝talities can be attributed to women and children.

War On Gaza
Israeli forces have bombed yet another UN school in the Gaza Strip. The latest attack took place at the Ahmed bin Abdul Aziz School in Khan Younis. At least 20 Palestinians, including children, have been killed in the attack. Before this attack, Israeli strikes also hit Khalil Oweida School in Beit Hanoon, killing at least 43 people. The Committee to Protect Journalists has accused Israel of "systematically" killing Palestinian journalists. "We are reliant on [Palestinian journalists] for all the information we’re getting out about what’🍎s happening inside Gaza,” said Jodie Ginsberg, the chief executive of CPJ. As per Ginsberg, Israel's killing of Palestinian journalists is part of a "systematic attempt to censor information coming out of Gaza and occupied West Bank."
Israel-Ireland Row
Israel has announced it will be shutting down its embassy in Ireland due ꧋to the European country's "extreme anti-Israel politics".
"The a✱ctions and antisemitic rhetoric used by Ireland against Israel are rooted in the delegit𒈔imization and demonization of the Jewish state, along with double standards. Ireland has crossed every red line in its relations with Israel,” said Israeli foreign minister Gideon Sa'ar.
Irish Prime Minister Simon Ha🔯rris called Israe🌃l's decision as "deeply regrettable".
“I utterly reject the assertion that 🐎Ireland is anti-Israel. Ireland is pro-peace, pro-human rights and pro-International law,” said the Taoisea🐻ch.
Israel's꧋ decision also follows Ireland's ꧟decision to recognise the state of Palestine in May. Furthermore, Ireland also stated it would intervene in the genocide case against Israel at the International Court of Justice.
