💖The polling was held on November 13. As per the results declared by ECI, Priyanka scored her maiden electoral victory from the Wayanad Lok Sabha with 6,22,338 votes.

Haridas has moved the high court and alleged that Priyanka Gandhi ꧙did not disclose vital information regarding the assets.

"We filed an election petition yesterday in the High Court against Congress ♛MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. It clearly states that the nomination papers were misleading, and many important things were hidden from the nomination papers, like the assets of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and her family that are missing in the nomination papers," Haridas told news agency ANI.

꧃As reported by the petition also alleges that Priyanka Gandhi exercised undue influence over voters and committed "corrupt practices."

✅The matter is expected to be taken up in January 2025 after the Kerala High Court resumes its proceedings after winter vacation.

𝓰The petition has been filed by Advocate Hari Kumar G Nair on behalf of Haridas. The advocate has further alleged that Priyanka Gandhi won by "misguiding, misinforming and keeping the voters in the dark with the intention of influencing their choice".
