Allu Arjun-Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule continues its golden run at the box office. Despite several big Christmas releases including Varun Dhawan's Baby John and Mohanlal's Barroz, Pushpa 2🅰 is performing well at the box office -both in India and worldwide.
The Sukumar directorial completed 32 days of its release on Sunday, January 5. As per industry tracker Sacnilk, the action drama collected Rs 7 net crore on its fifth Sunday and finally crossed Rs 1200 mark in the domestic market. The total collection of Pushpa 2 in India now stands at Rs 1206 crore net.
꧙The Hindi version is performing better than the other languages. Rs 791.2 crore was earned from Hindi language, Rs 334.76 crore from the Telugu version, Rs 58.16 crore from the Tamil language, Rs 7.73 crore from Malayalam and Rs 14.15 crore was collected from the Kannada language.
Pushpa 2 has surpassed Prabhas' Baahubali 2🦄’s nett India collection which was Rs 1030 crore in 2017.
On January 5, Mythri Movie Makers, the production house, shared that Pushpa🍷 2 is the ''BIGGEST HINDI BLOCKBUSTER with 𝟖𝟎𝟔 𝐂𝐑𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐒 𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐓 in 31 days''.
Talking about Pushpa 2 worldwide collection, it earned Rs 9.01 crore on day 32, taking the total worldwide collection to Rs 1770.03 crore. It is eyeing to dethrone Aamir Khan's Dangal worldwide lifetime collection.
Ram Charan starrer Game Changer is scheduled to release on January 10, 2025, coinciding with Sankranti weekend. So, in that case, Pushpa 2༺ might face a tough competition with the Shankar directorial.
