Nandamuri Balakrishna's Sankranti release, Daaku Maharaaj, had a great start at the box office. As per a report in Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 22.5 crore nett on Sunday. As of now, on Day 2, Daaku Maharaaj collected Rs 2♕.07 crore nett. So, the total coꦆllection stands at Rs 24.57 crore.

Daaku Maharaaj had an overall 65.92% Telugu occupancy on ꦬSunday, with maximum occupancy in the evening shows of 72.61% and morning shows had the l🎉owest occupancy of 59.89%.

Nandamuri Balakrishna's film opened to positive reviews from critics and audiences alike. Daaku Maharaaj is currently giving tough competition to Ram Charan's Game Changer, which♋ released on January 10. After a massive opening, the film saw a major drop in its collections during the weekend.

Daaku Maharaaj's story revolves around Daaku Maharaaj (Nandamuri Balakrishna) also known as Sitaram, a civil engineer, who turns dreaded vigilante at night, to teach lessons to the corrupt individuals. He then lock hornns with Balwant Singh Thakur (Bobby Deol), who is a merciless businessman and exploits villagers in his co🦋caine operation. How Sit♚aram tries to end the Balwant’s injustic, forms the crux of the story.

Written and directed by Bobby Kolli, Daaku Maharaaj is produced by Sithara Entertainments, with music by Thaman, cin🌠ematography by Vijay Kartik Kannan and editing by Ruben and Niranjan Devaraman👍e.
