The Blues edged to a ಞ1-0 win at Stamford Bridge on Sunday thanks to a late Guro Reiten penalty, while Arsenal finished the game with 10 players afte🍬r Katie McCabe was booked twice for dissent in seven seconds following the decision to give the spot-kick.
Chelsea have now won 41 of their last 43 home games in the WSL (D1 L1), a run that started with a 3-0 victory against Arsenal in February 2021. The Blue𝓡s have🐻 also won all eight of their league matches at Stamford Bridge.
S♉onia Bompastor's team have won 11 of their🉐 12 WSL matches this term, drawing the other, while they are also through to the knockout stages of the Women's Champions League, the Women's League Cup semi-final and the fifth round of the FA Cup.
They are yet to lose under the Frenchwoman since she took over from Emma Hayes, and Bronze is convinced they can maintain that level uܫntil the e꧂nd of the campaign.
"We're trying to win four trophies and that's difficult,"♕; Bronze told BBC Tw🍌o.
"We wanted to get a good stretch of points [to be in a good position] when we're in the thick of it in 🅺March, April and May.
"It's difficult [then] and you might drop points, but we're in a good pla🍃ce now, and we're on the up. We want to go the season unbeaten.
"There's records out there to break. Chelsea's a team th꧙at h🌟as always wanted to do that.
"We've never clinched the Champions League. We've got five league titles in a row but [going] unbeaten [would be] unbelievable. We're on a good roa💖d to doing that."
Chelsea have gone unbeaten twice before in the WSL, in 2017-18 and 2019-20, while the only English team notꦕ to lose in all competitions in the modern era was Arsenal in 2006-07, the season they won the quadruple.
Despite their healthyᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ lead in the table, Bompastor was quick to point out that they h𝔍ave not won anything yet.
&🌃quot;That [🅺going unbeaten] is not what I'm thinking at the moment. I'm really pleased with the result. As you could see in the game, it was really fine margins," she said.
"These performances are on the ed🎐ge. It can go one way or the other, but it went our way, which I'm really pleased with.
"We just want to take it game by game, making sure we make the right decisions to bring great results. We are far away♈ yet from winning something."
