Rain in Rawalpindi got worse as the dead rubber game between Pakistan and Bangladesh was called off without a ball being bowled in the ICC Champions Trophy, Group A tie on Thursday. The game was already a dead rubber as New Zealand and India progressed from the group to the semis, whereas Pakistan and Bangladesh exited.
