꧅The Special NIA Court on Friday declared 36 Kishtwar-based militants as absconders who have been operating from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Pakistan.
🍰A special NIA court in Doda has issued an order regarding the attachment of 11 properties of 'absconding' militants, worth of crores of rupees presently who are reportedly based in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and Pakistan, according to a police statement.
ꦚThe properties of 18 other militants have been identified, and the process of their attachment is underway.
🌸The Special NIA Court on Friday declared 36 Kishtwar-based militants as absconders who have been operating from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Pakistan.
ไAs a result, properties spanning 52 Kanals 8.875 Marlas, belonging to 11 of these terrorists, have been identified and attached under legal provisions.
🎶According to a police statement, "Based on records, the Hon’ble Additional District & Session judge Ms. Sudesh Sharma, Special Judge NIA Court, Doda, issued attachment orders under Section 83 CrPC vide order No. 33-34/FTC/NIA dated 23-01-2025."
♌Following these directions, the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishtwar promptly formed special teams consisting of senior police officers and Executive Magistrates to ensure the effective execution of the court’s orders.
🅺A police spokesperson told the Times Of India, "This operation is a crucial step in the fight against terrorism and attempts to revive insurgency in the Chenab Valley region."

🍎ADGP Jammu Zone, Shri Anand Jain-IPS reportedly stated, "such actions form part of a larger strategy aimed at disrupting the terror infrastructure, ensuring that no asset is misused to fund or support anti-national activities."
꧂ADGP Jammu also warned the people engaged in 'anti-national' activities to shun their work and return to mainstream as he cautioned, "anyone aiding or abetting terrorism will face the full force of the law."
꧒The citizens have also been urged to remain vigilant and cooperate with law enforcement agencies by reporting any suspicious activity.
