The Old Firm is the collective name given to two Scottish football clubs based in Glasgow -- Celtic and Rangers. The matches between the two are known as Old Firm derby or Glasgow derby. Their first meeting reportedly happened on May 28, 1888. The origin of the term Old Firm is shrouded in mystery.
