Joshua Patrick Inglis is an Australian professional cricketer who plays as a wicket-keeper-batsman and bats right-handed. Josh Inglis was born in Leeds, England, but his family relocated 🌜to Australia when he🐟 was 14 years old.
Josh Inglis has represented several teams in domestic and IPL cricket, including Australia, Australia XI, Perth Scorchers, Western Australia, National Performance Squad, Australia A, Leicestershire, and London Spirit.
He hailed from England but now playing for Australia in cricket, serves as a wicketkeeper and an opening batsman. He began his cricket journey in Yorkshire's age-group system before his family moved to Perth. Transitioning to the professional scene, Inglis quickly demonstrated his b🌞atting skills at the domestic level.
He secured a contract with the Perth Scorchers for BBL 🐟season 6, debuting in T20 cricket after a year. In subsequent seasons, he emerged as a standout performer.
He marked his first-class debut for✱ the Cricket Australia XI in 2015 during a tour match against West Indies.

In March 2021, Leicestershire County Cricket🍒 Club signed him for the 2021 T20 Blast tournament in England. In June 2021, he secured his first T20 century with an unbeaten 103 ✤while playing for Leicestershire. He followed it up with another T20 century, scoring an unbeaten 118 from 61 balls against Worcestershire.
In August 2021, Inglis received his first call-up t🍰o the national team, being named in Australia's squad for the 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. In January 2022, he was selected in Australia's Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for their series against Sri Lanka, making his T20I debut on 11 February 2022. Later that month, he was included in Australia's One Day International (ODI) squad for their tour of Pakistan. He also played in Australia's ODI squad for their tour of Sri Lanka in April 2022, making his ODI debut on 24 June 2022 against Sri Lanka.
In 2023, he was part of Australia's squad for the ODI Cricket World Cup. During the tournament, he scored 58 runs off 59 balls against Sri Lanka in their third match. In November 2023, he recorded his first T20 century in the▨ opening T20I against In𓂃dia in Vishakhapatnam.
