Abrar Ahmed, is a right-arm leg-♉spinner who also bats right-handed. He represents Pakistan in international cricket and plays domestic cricket for Sindh.
Abrar Ahmed made his first-class debut for Sindh in the 2020-21 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy on November 6, 2020, against Southern Punjab. In his debut match, he took 1 wicket for 78 runs in the first innings and 2 wickets for 55 runs in the second inni𒆙ngs. Sindh won the match by 4 wickets.
In the 2021-22 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, Abrar Ahmed played a crucial role in Sindh's success. His victims included Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope, Joe Root, Harry Brook, Ben Stokes, Will Jacks, and Ollie Robinson. England were bowled out for 281 runs in their first innings, with Abrar Ahmed being the pick of the bowlers.
In the second innings of the Multan Test, Abrar Ahmed continued his impressive form, taking 4 wickets 🍰for 120 runs. He dismissed Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Joe Root, and Harry Brook. However, his efforts were not enough 💙to prevent England from winning the match by 26 runs, as they chased down a target of 355 runs on the final day of the Test.
