Azpilicueta had made a £6.5m move to Chelsea in August 2012 from Ligue 1 club Ma👍rseille.
In a social media🤪 video posted by the club, an emotional Azpilicueta who coudln't control his tears said, "I feel I gave everything. I love it.
"I think it would be pretty obvious to pick the highest moment of my career, when wℱe won the Champions League in Porto. It was my first trophy as capta♋in.
"Chelsea is my home, it always will be and hopefully I can come back in a diffeꦇrent role."

The 33-year-old defender has brought many trophies to Stamford Bridge, including ꧟two Premi♔er League titles and the Champions League.
Azpilicueta is one of the high-profile departures from Chelse🐠a with the likes of Kai Havertz joining Arsenal and Mateo Kovacic moving to Manchester City, whereas Manchester United acquired the s▨ervices of Mason Mount.
