Vijay Hazare Trophy: Bengal, Kerala Enter Into Quarterfinals

Ghara꧂mi anchored the chase with a 132-ball 117 and Majumdar cracked an 88-ball 102 as Bengal hunted down Gujarat’s 283 for nine, which was built around a century by Priyank Panchal. The winners raced to 286🦂 for two in 46 overs. 

Bengal will take on Haryana in the last-eight🍸 clash in Rajkot on Monday. 

Gharami and Majumdar milked 209 runs for the unbroken third wicket stand as Bengal maꦗde light work of the chase. 

Earlier, opener Panchal made 101 off 114 balls and in the company of Saurav Chauhan (53 off 🍬53 balls) and Umang Kumar (65ꦬ off 47 balls),  guided Gujarat to a competitive total. 

For Bengal, Suman 𝐆Das and Pradipta Prama🍰nik took two wickets each.

Prasad and Rohan stitched together 2ꦛ18 runs for the first wicket as Kerala posted a mam💫moth 383 for 4 in 50 overs. 

Openers Om Bhosale (78 off 71 balls) and Kaushal𒐪 Tambe (50 off 52 balls) helped Maharashtra make a bright start to their chase. 

They added 139 runs for the openin༒g wicket from 20.2 overs. 

But once leg-spinner Shreyas Gopal (4/35) and oꦇff-spinner Vaishak Chandran (3/39) were introduced they crumbled to 230 all out in 37.4 overs. 

In the quarterfinals, Kerala will take on Rajas♛🀅than on Monday.
