Paris Saint-Germain defender will have an operation after dislocating his left ankle, potentially ruling him out of both legs of the Champions League pre-quarterfinal contest against Real Sociedad. (More Football News)

said Saturday that tests reve♉aled damage to the si🎃de of the ankle and that he will have the operation next week in Qatar.
