Indian women shoo꧒ters Shreyasi Singh (ranked 22) and Rajeshwari Kumari (ranked 21) are in action today at the Women's Trap Shooting qualification round. However, both of them are almost outside of the final qualification zone.
In the shooting trap qualification stage, there will be five rounds of 25 targ﷽ets each. The top six athletes will make it to the final matches. In case scores are tied amongജ multiple shooters, the countback rule will be applied to place the rankings.

The 50m rifle's 3 positions are fired in three body positions - Kneeling, Prone and Standing. Before the match begins a 15-minute preparation and sighting time is provided to the shooters. Within t🗹he duration of 1 hour 30 minutes, a total of 60 shots are fired. The changeover time between kneeling to prone is seven minutes. From prone to standing, the shooters will get nine minutes of changeover time.
