Indian shooters secured Olympic quot💫a in every category at the upcoming Paris event for the first time.
The National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) also exchanged one of the pistol quotas for women's trap shooter event as Manu Bhaker topped the 10m women's air pistol event and ꦬ25m pistol, that left one quota for shotgun events. It eventually went to Shreyasi Singh, who will compete in the women's trap event.
Most of the events see athletes who earn his/her quot🐼a get a ticket to the Olympics. In shooting and wrestling, however, quota belongs to the country.
Meaning, athletes w🔯ho earned the quota in these events will not 🐟necessarily be selected to represent the county.
