Last season’s NBA Most Improved Player, Maxey continued his recent hot scoring streak ⛦as he tries to keep the Sixers within striking distance of the play-in tournament. Maxey had averaged 30.4 points over the last 10 games, and he blew 𓆏past the mark in the third quarter, finishing with 41 headed into the fourth.

Maxey hit four 3-pointers and made 15 of 26 shots overall from the floor. He extended his career-best streak of 25-point games to 11 straight, to the delight of a handful of NFC champi🌊on Eagles who sat courtside.

LeBron James scored 31 points as the Lakers had a four-game winning streak snapped. Davis was forced out in the first half with an a🅰bdominal muscle strain👍.

Davis walked to the locker room with his right hand over his stomach w🌟hen he left with 2:10 to go in the 🍌first quarter. He had four points in 10 minutes before he was hurt. Davis averaged 26.3 points and 12.1 rebounds in 41 games this season for the Lakers.

Surging Rockets hold off Hawks

Jalen G𒁏reen scored 12 of his 25 points in the third quarter and the Houston Rockets avoided a late collapse with a 100-96 victory over the Atlanta Hawks.

Alperen Sengun added 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Rockets, who led 96-80 after Green's steal and layup🎶 with 5:41 remaining before Atlanta closed within two in the final minute.

Dillon Brooks and Amen Thompson e⛎ach finished with 11 points for the Rockets, who followed their victory in Boston on Monday with their fourth s✨traight win and 10th in 12 games.

Trae Young had 21 points and ni🧸ne assists for Atlanta, which drౠopped its season-high sixth straight.

The Hawks cut the lead to 98-96 with 46 seconds to play. De’Andre Hunter missed a potential go-ahead 3-pointer with 12 seconds left, and t🀅he ball bounced over the backboard, giving the Rockets the ball with 10 seconds left. Sengun broke free on the ensuing Houston inbounds pass and his dunk sealed the win.

The Hawks shot 11 of 47 from 3-point ran𝔉ge. Aft🌟er hitting three of its first seven 3s, Atlanta went 8 of 40 the rest of the game.

Blazers best Lillard, Bucks

Deni Avdija scored a sea🍸son-high 30 points and the Portland Trail Blazers bested former ☂teammate Damian Lillard with a 125-112 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Anfe🌸rnee Simons ⛎added 25 points for Portland, which has won five of its last six. The Blazers led by 19 points in the final quarter.

Giannis Antetokounmpo had 39 points and 12 rebounds for the Bucks, who had 𒆙won nine of their last 11 but were playing their third game in four nights.

The game marked Lillard's second trip to Portland since🐟 he was traded to the Bucks ahead of last season. Lillard, who spent 11 seasons with ඣthe Blazers, finished with 20 points.

The Bucks went up 47-35 on Gary Trent Jr.'s pullup jumper, but Portland went ahead 64-61 at the break. Shaedon Sharpe's 3-pointer stretched the ♎Blazers🌳' lead to 82-73 in the third.
