Mum🐭bai City’s relentless attack continues! First, Nikos Karelis gets the goal, and then Yoell van Nieff delivers a brilliant through ball for Karelis to chase. His left-footed shot is initially saved low by Gill, bജut Karelis is quick to react, burying the rebound with his right to double The Islanders’ lead. What a clinical finish.

Half-time arr🤪ives, and Mumbai City fully deserves its two-goal lead. The home side has struggled to make any real progress up the field, while Mumbai City has controlled every aspect of the game, including the scoreline.

The rebound fell to PV Vishnu, who played it♛ back into the six-yard area, and it hit Sahil Panwar before rolling into the net.

And all you 🌃can hear is the roar of the home crowd,🌱 why not, it’s 83rd minute and the game is tied. David Lalhlansanga Hmar delivers with a powerful left-footed shot from the center of the box, sending it into the bottom left corner. The assist comes from Hector Yuste, who cleverly heads the ball towards him following a corner. What a moment for the home side!

The loud home crowd fell silent as Mumbai City fought back to deny East Bengal the equalizer. East Bengal were celebrating and then the 87th minute GOAL took it all away. It was Nikolaos Karelis. Nathan Rodrigues threads a beautiful through ball to Karelis on the edge of the box. With a composed touch, Karelis curls th🔯e ball past a charging Gill to put Mumbai City back in ꦬthe lead.

A long throw-in into the box for the Red and Golds, but no one manages to get on the end of it, and the ball d𝔍rifts out for a goal kick. And with that, the referee blows for full-time. Mumbai City claim the win, leaving East Bengal with no chance for a late comeback.
