The reigning champions have built a 32-man squad that includes some new faces as well as𝔍 stalwarts such as Angel Di Maria and Nicolas𓄧 Otamendi.

Coach Lionel Scaloni has also recruited some fresh facꦯes in Alan Velasco from FC Dallas, Bruno Zapelli, and Lucas Esquivel both from Athletico Paranaense in Brazil, and Lucas Beltran, who recently made his move to Italy's Fiorentina.

AS Roma's Paulo Dybala and Ajax's goalie Geronimo Rulli, have been ruled out ༒due to injurieಞs.

Argentina are scheduled to play their first qualifier ag🎃ainst Ecuador in Buenos Aires on September 7. They will then travel to play against Bolivia five days later.
