ღPunjab, who were inserted to bat first by Puducherry have notched up 71 for the loss of one in 15 overs. Prabhsimran Singh, who was in scintillating form walked back for 11 before Anmolpreet Singh 20*(22), Abhishek Sharma 33*(47) started to take things under control.

𝓡Punjab have converted a good rebuild into a brilliant one as Anmolpreet Singh as notched up a solid fifty while Nehal Wadhera approaches his milestone. With 20 overs to go, they have set themselves a solid platform for a launch.

𝓰We have got the first result of the day. Vidarbha have defeated Mizoram by 10 wickets by chasing down 73in just 8.5 overs. Harsh Dubey picked up four wickets to lead Vidarbha's exceptional bowling performance as they bowled out Mizoram for 72. Apoorv Wankhede then smashed a 30-ball unbeaten 50 to guide Vidarbha to an easy win.

🌌Andhra have been bowled out for 197 in 49.3 overs in Mumbai. Mayank Dagar picked up three wickets for Himachal while captain Rishi Dhawan, Mukul Negi and Ayush Jamwal scalped a couple of Andhra batters each. Vinay scored the highest, 44, for Andhra as the big names in Srikar Bharat (27) and Ricky Bhui (6) failed.

ꦛSaurashtra bowled out for 289 in 50 overs. Siddhesh Lad picked up three top order wickets while Suryansh Shedge cleaned up the tail with four scalps and Mumbai will now need 290 to stay alive in the competition. Vishvarajsinh Jadeja scored 92 and Chirag Jani chipped in with 82 for Saurashtra.

🎀Delhi bowled out for 180 in 38.3 overs. A poor batting performance from Ayush Badoni-led side. Opener Arpit Rana top scored with 75 as others failed to step up. Mahesh Pithiya took three wickets for Baroda while Krunal Pandya and Bhargav Bhatt picked up a couple of wickets each. Hardik Pandya dismissed Priyansh Arya.

ဣOdisha have lost an early wicket in Rajesh Dhupar as Arzan Nagwaswalla as struck early. They still require 239 runs in 48 overs with Swastik Jamal and Sandeep Pattnaik out there in the middle. Arzan and Chintan Gaja have started off with the new ball for Gujarat.

🍌Sikkim are up against Rajasthan in the round 7 match of the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2024-25. Rajasthan invited Sikkim to bat first and the north-eastern state put up 275 runs on the board. Parth Palawat made 80 off 76 and Ashish Thapa made 73 off 95 balls.

𝐆Chasing 290 for victory, Mumbai are off to a perfect start, having scored 44 in just five overs with Ayush Mhatre adding 25* off 18, while Jay Gokul Bist has notched up 18* off 12. Skipper Jaydev Unadkat has been put under pressure straight away and will look to rotate his bowlers, eyeing a breakthrough.

⛦Meghalaya won the toss and chose to bat first, but the decision quickly backfired as Services bowled them out for just 82 runs in 28 overs. None of the Meghalaya batters managed to cross the 20-run mark. Arun Bamal and Arjun Sharma shone with the ball, claiming three wickets each, while Gaurav Sharma picked up two. In the chase, Suraj Vashisht and Arjun Sharma's unbeaten knocks of 32 and 35 ensured an easy victory for Services. They reached the target comfortably in just 17.4 overs, finishing at 88/3.

🐼Hyderabad won the toss and elected to field first, a decision that paid off as they bowled out Arunachal Pradesh for a mere 96 runs in just 28.3 overs. T Thyagarajan delivered a stellar performance, claiming 5 wickets, while Aniketh Reddy provided strong support with 4 wickets.

🗹Manipur won the toss and opted to bat first but were restricted to 210/9 in 50 overs by Haryana. Rex Singh's brilliant century and Sultan Karim's crucial half-century provided stability to Manipur's innings, but the team struggled to accelerate later. In reply, Haryana chased the target with ease. Himanshu Rana and Amit Kumar led the charge, both scoring impressive half-centuries and propelling Haryana to 214/4 in just 34.2 overs, securing a commanding 6-wicket victory.

Baroda secured a 5-wicket victory over Delhiꦏ in a low-scoring encounter at the NexGen Cricket Ground, Hyderabad.

🔯Opting to bat first, Delhi were bowled out for 180 in 38.3 overs, with Mahesh Pithiya (3/35) and Krunal Pandya (2/19) leading Baroda's bowling performance. Despite Arpit Rana's 75, Delhi faltered under pressure.

👍Batting first, Kerala posted a competitive 266/8 in their 50 overs, powered by Akhil Scaria's unbeaten 54 and Salman Nizar's 52. Captain Sakibul Gani and Sarwate led Bihar’s bowling effort, taking 3 wickets each.

🐠In reply, Bihar's batting faltered, managing only 133 runs in 41.2 overs. Aditya Sarwate (3/23) and Abdul Basith (3/20) dismantled the Bihar lineup, with only Sakibul Gani and Rishav Raj offering brief resistance.
