The Champions Trophy 2025 will be held in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from February 19, with the tournament marking its return after a gap of eight years. (More Cricket News)
The ICC event will witness eight teams fighting it out for the trophy. Pakistan, the defending champions will play on home soil adding to their advantage, but other sub-continent teams like India and Bangladesh will give t🅠hem some stiff competition.
The eigh🥀t teams are divided into two groups for the first stage, with each team playing three group-stage matches. The two teams from each group will make their way into the semi-finals.
India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and New Zealand are slotted in 🐈Group A, while Group B features Australia, South Afri𓂃ca, England and Afghanistan.
The♛ curtain raiser of the tournament will witness Pakistan taking on New Zealand on February 19, at the National Stadium in Karachi.
