Uttar Pradesh has officially initiated the process of developing an Artifܫicial Intelligence City in the Nadarganj area by establishing Lucknow as a burgeoning IT hotsp🔥ot.
Under the guidance of Chief Minist🧜er Yogi Adityanath, a comprehensive project plan for the development of the AI City in Lucknow has been formulated.
The Uttar Pradesh Electronics Corporation Limited (UPE🔴CL) has commenced the process, marking a crucial ste⭕p towards realizing this ambitious project.
UPECL has invited applications from leading real estate developer companies and agencies through an Expressio꧒n of Interest (EOI). This is aimed at securing participation for the design, 🐭development, and operation of the city's infrastructure.
Key Features of the Envisioned AI City
The envisioned AI City includes the construction of Grade-A ꦬcertified commercial spaces for IT companies, a state-of-the-art data center, Grade-A flexible workspaces, and tech labs. Additionally, the project encompasses the creation of luxury and affordable residential complexes alongside commercial spaces, a recreation area, and several world-class amenities.
The IT and Electronics Department has identified potential land parcels in key locations of Lucknow for the development🤡 of the AI City. The 40-acre land parcel in the Nadarganj industrial area is strategically located near major infrastructure, providing excellent connectivity to Lucknow-Kanpur road and Lucknow International Airport.
Prominent real estate developer companies are invited to participate in the creation, construction, and management of all aspects related to the AI City. Developers will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the detailed project planꦺ, with assistance provided in terms of land acquisiti꧋on, zoning regulations, and other relevant approvals.
Financial Incentives and Support
The proꦯject aims to transform the Nadarganj industrial area into a hub of technological innovation and electronic manufacturing. Financial incentives, including attractive financial support of up tಞo INR 100 crores, are geared towards providing capital assistance for the development of IT parks and supporting the AI City, showcasing the state's commitment to fostering technological growth.
