The Apex cour♎t said that it cannot restore the Uddhav Thackeray government as the former had resigned before the floor test, ordered by the then state Governor B S Koshyari.
The court passed severe strictures against Koshyari and his de✅cisi♒on to accept the resignation of Thackeray as CM.
This decision to le🉐t Narvekar, a member of the Shinde faction, to decide on the disqualification of the M🐟LAs, has come as a huge relief to Shinde and his deputy Devendra Fadnavis.
The Thackeray faction is angry at the matter being referred to 🐼the speaker for d♉ecision.
Thackeray had in his plea requested the Apex Court to decide on the disqualification issue so that it would be without prejudice. However now that the matter is before the speaker for decision the Thackeray faction feels that it will not be wꦿithout p🌼rejudice.
