Rajasthan: 20-Year-Old NEET Aspirant From Bengal Dies By Suicide In Kota, 28th Case This Year

As per media reports, the deceased 20-year-old NNET aspirant was identified as Faureed Hussain, hailing from West Bengal. He lived in an rented accommodation in the Wakf Nagar area of Rajasthan's𝄹💙 Kota.

As the unfortunate streak continues in Rajasthan's educational  hub Kota, once again the death of another 20-year-old NEET aspirant by suicide has been reported on Monday, taking the total of such cases so far this year to 💧28.

As per media reports, the deceased 20-year-old was identified as Faureed Hus🏅sain, hailing from♏ West Bengal.

About the incident

It has been reported that Husꦅsain was found hanging in his🃏 rented room in the Wakf Nagar area of the city.

Doctors pronounced him dไead-on-arrival upon being taken to🐠 the hospital.

According to t𓆏he details shared by the other students from the same rented accommodation, they last saw Hussain at nearly 4 pm, following which his room was locked from the inside, till nearly 7 pm. Following this, they informed the landlor❀d and urged him to intervene after Hussain did not respond to their calls.

What did the police say?

When questioned about the i✅ncident, the po𒉰lice said that the cause behind the suicide is being investigated. 

⭕According to the officials, a postmortem will be performed following which the body of the student would be handed ove🍸r to his family.

Kota continues to witness student suicides

Rajastan's education hub Kota, which is known for housing the country's best coaching institutes f๊or NEET and IIT-JEE , has been witnessing an unprecedented surge in student suicide cases this year.

Taking the matter into cognisance, the local authorities h🍬ave now made it mandatory to install anti-hanging devices in ceiling fans at all coaching centers and issued directives for institutes to refrain from conducting any examinations for a period of two months.
