Mumbai police on Thursday have registered a case against Shiv Sena MLA Prakash Surve's son Raj Surve for kidnapping and assaulting a 36-year-old Chief Executive Officer (CEO) oꦰf a Mumbai-based music company, officials sa🌃id.
It has been reported that pol🔜ice have named Surve, Manoj Mishra, owner of Adi Shakti Private Limited music company, and at least 10 others in the FIR.
As per the CCTV footage, a group of 10-15 people forcibly entered an🍌 office where they were seen assaulting the staff, and forcib💝ly taking away one person.
The kidnappers then left in two cars with the victim. An o𝔍ffice staffer immediately called the police control room and reported the incident.
What did the FIR say?
According to the Aarey police station official, some unidentified persons barged into the CEO's office situated in💃 Chintamani Classique complex in suburban Goregaon and took him along with them.
They allegedly used the names of a political leader ꧂and a person with whom he🦋 has a financial dispute.
The kidnap𝔍pers then left in two cars along with the victim.
An office staffer immediately dialled the police control room and in💮form🐎ed about the incident, he said.
Police swung into action and started chasing the vehiꦉcles, whi😼ch they managed to stop at Dahisar (East), the northernmost suburb of Mumbai, after a chase, said the official.
All the car occupants, including the CEO, were brought out. During interrogation, the music company executive said a financial dispute was going on between him and them. After sometime, others left the spot in the cars, while the CEO was brought to the Aarey police station, he said༒.
