West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee suffered a minor injury after her car met with an accident while she was on💯 her way to Kolkata on Wednesday, reports said. Mamata Banerjee had gone to Purba Bardhaman this aftꦜernoon to chair an administrative review meeting.

Mamata Banerjee suffered the injury after her car halted suddenly to avoid a collision with another vehicle, news agency PTI quoted officials as saying.

Banerjee, who was seated in front beside the driver, was injured after her head hit the windscreen, the official said, adding that the CM is being brought back to Kolkata where she will be attended by d๊octors.

The chief minister was injured last year in September also when she sprained her leg on a trip to Spain. She had previously suffered an injury to the same leg while alighting from a 👍helicopter.

Mamata Banerjee hit headlines today for announcing that her party will go fight the Lok Sabha elections in West Bengal solo 🔯aܫfter seat-sharing talks failed with the Congress, an alliance partner in 'INDIA' bloc.

“I had given them [Congress] a proposal [on seat-sharing], but they refused it at the outset. Our party has now decided to go alone in Bengal,” Banerjee said amid the seat-negotiation tussle between the Congress and the TMC.

The CM𝕴 also refuted media reports of seat-sharing talks, and asserted that she has not spoken to anyone in the Congress on the is𓆏sue.

“Now, we have decided that there is no relation with the Congress in Bengal,” she said. The TMC boss also said the party will have no relationship with the Congress in the state. 🔯;

Banerjee’s comments come a day ahead the Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Ny🅺ay Yatra ent🔯ers West Bengal

"Let the Congress fight 300 seats on its own. The regional parties are tog❀ether and can contest the rest. However, we will not tolerate any interference by them [Congress] in Bengal," she said.
