Earthquake Of 4.3 Magnitude Jolts Bihar; Another Quake Of Same Intensity Strikes Bengal's Siliguri

In Bihar the tremors were felt in Araria at around 5.35 am to🦩day while in Bengal💫, the tremors were felt at 140 kilometres southwest of Siliguri. In both the incidents, so far there have been no reports of any casualty or damage.

An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter Scale jolted Bihar early on Wednesday while another quake of similar intensity struck West Bengal's Siliguri at the sameꦍ time, reported the National Center for Seismology (NCS).

Ac𒁃cording to✅ the NCS, in Bihar the tremors were felt in Araria, at around 5.35 am today.

The depth of the earthquake was 10 km, it said.

There were no reꦅports of any damage to property or loss of life due 💯to the earthquake.

In Siliguri, the tremors struck 140 kilometres 🍃southwest of Sili🍌guri.
