Academy Awards enthusiasts won’t have to stay up quite as late to hear the be🍒st picture winner in March. Yes, you read it right!

The 96th Academy Awards is set to kick off one hour earlier than usual, 𝕴with the official show commencing at 7🐷:00 pm ET.

Breaking from the tradition, the official pre-show will also shift to an earlier time,꧙ starting at 6:30 pm ET.

The Oscars, renowned for its glamour and prestige, has historically begun its broadcast at 8:00 pm, but this adjustment aims to address concerns over the show's exten🅰ded runtime, which has, at times, pushed past the 11 o'clock hour.

The Oscars are broadcast globally in more than 200 territories and film academy membership has also become more ♓international in recent years. Those involved in the show, from the film academy to the network, have also been working to get ratings back to pre-pandemic levels and making modest gains.

The Acaജdemy Awards, set to air live on ABC on March 10 from the iconic Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles,ꦫ will see the nominations announced on January 23.

Moreover, returning for the fo🌠urth time as the host is the charismatic Jimmy Kimmel, known for his wit and humor. The executive producer and showrunner for the event will be Raj Kapoor, working alongside Katy Mullan and director Hamish Hamilton to ensure a seamless and entertaining produ𒅌ction.
