India has been a land of warriors since centuries and even today most of ꦚus battle one common enemy but of a different nature – unhealthy bodies. While we all have our daily routines where we go for work, come back, spend time with family and during that routine we have a constant battle ongoing in our minds which is how I look and feel inside and when I can start to improve.
