Park Bo-young, Ju Ji-hoon And More Confirmed For Star-Studded New Fantasy Drama Titled 'Light Shop'

On January 19, Disney+ confirmed that Park Bo-young and Ju Ji-hoon will be the leads in 'Light Sho💃p,' penned by 'Moving' author Kang Full.

Park Bo-🗹young, k⛦nown for her role in 'Strong Woman Do Bong-soon,' and Ju Ji-hoon from 'Kingdom,' are set to team up for a fresh project, which is an adaptation of a webtoon by the creator of the popular show 'Moving.' This upcoming drama is anticipated to be a fusion of Park Bo-young's charisma with the strong imaginative narrative of acclaimed writer Kang Full, which together will create mystery, romance, and many supernatural elements.

On January 19, Disney+ confirmed that though the show will be see these two as leads, they will be joined by a star-studded ensemble, which also includes, Bae Sung-woo, Uhm Tae-goo, Seolhyun, Lee Jung-eun, Kim Min-ha, Park Hyuk-kwon,&nb🌺sp;Kim Dae-myung, Shin E💮un-soo, Kim Sun-hwa, and Kim Ki-hae.

The K-drama ;is titled 'Light Shop.' It's set to tell fictional stories of the living and the dead and how their worlds clash at a mysterious lamp-selling store. It ⛎will further dive into the stories of strangeꦇrs, who have had a traumatic past, and are somehow led to the light shop, which is located in a shady alley. The place has the power to discover their pasts, presents, and futures. But not only that, through this store, the dead can come back to life, while the living may not emerge unharmed.

The drama will see Ji-hoon as Jung Won-young, the owner of the🍬 light shop, and Bo-young as Kꦅwon Young-ji, a nurse who shares an unexplainable connection with her patients. 

'Light Shop' will mᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚark Kang Full’s fifth project in his “flat psychological mystery” series. He will himself be penning the script for the upcoming show, and 'Moving' actor Kim Hee-won will be venturing into directing with this show. 

The show will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar. The release date ꩵhas not been ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚannounced yet, but it's anticipated to be sometime this year.
