The luxurious New York City townhouse that featured in ‘Home Alone 2: Lost In New York’ is up for sa꧟le. It is the same house where Kevin McCallister’s family had left him alone on Christmas and the house was about to be looted by the bandits.

Reportedly, the New York townhouse is on sale for $6.7 million. The house is located on Manhattan’s posh Upper West Side at 51 West 95th Street. It is located conveniently between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. The five-storey, 19th-century townhouse has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The property has been listed by Dexter Guerrꦚieri and Nicole Kats of Vandenberg of Townhouse Experts.

Speaking to the New York Post, Dexter Guerrieri said, “It’s an iconic listing. It’s on a beautiful Central Park block. The first block between Columbus and Amsterdam (ave൲nues) is𓂃 what we call the ‘Park Block,’ and (the townhouse) is actually on the nicest of the park blocks in the 90s, because it has beautiful townhouses on both sides of the street facing one another.”

The property has a private garden, a spaciouꦆs terrace, and a climate-controll♐ed wine cellar. Apart from these features, it also boasts bay windows, moldings, and high ceilings which make the house appear bigger, well-lit, and well-ventilated.

Guerrieri noted that the house still receives letters from children who gush about ‘Home Alone.’ He mentioned, “Even though the film was released two decades ago, the townhouse owners still get letters from children at the🐓ir address. Also, just a few days ago a couple from Germany stood outside, taking photos.”

The classic Christmas movie was shot extensively in Illinois and New🌟 York. Some scenes were also shot at Donald Trump’s Plaza Ho𒆙tel which is located in Midtown Manhattan.
