Sooraj Pancholi can finally breathe a sigh of relief. He has been acquitted of the charges of abetment to suicide in the Jiah Khan de🅠ath case which 🌟has been going on since 2013. The actress reportedly committed suicide at her Juhu residence on June 3, 2013.
A special CBI court earlier today cleared Sooraj Pancholi on ground of ‘paucity of evidence’. He was facing charges under section 306 of tꦛhe Indian Penal Code which entails abatement o༒f suicide.
As per a report on Indian Express, judge AS Sayyed of the special CBI court in Mumbai said, “Due to paucity of evidence, this court can’t hold you (Sooraj Pancholi) guilt♋y, hence acquitted.”
